First off! Covid rules all followed! Place is clean and inviting! The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and best of all, looking out for you and your experience. Pricing is fantastic especially when you have staff to make such a mundane "car rental" fun and cool! Yes I did have a problem with my vehicle. But the staff took care of me and dealt with the issue! If you're in Richmond and looking for a car rental. THIS discount location is where to go!

Excellent customer service. Rented car for 10 days and it was well priced and timely service. Manager was super helpful to resolve the last minute confusion. Will recommend this location.

Very friendly and informative staff. They were unable to provide me with a vehicle but personally called a different business and arranged for a shuttle to take me over. Excellent care and customer service for a person, not giving them business directly. I will happily return to Discount based on their customer service.

Had the pleasure to rent Transit from Discount, Bridgeport over the 3rd August, 2020 long weekend. The manager Roger patiently listened to our requirements and suggested us a better option. He explained us the policies of the company very clearly. The discount pricing was very reasonable and the pick up and drop process was very swift and hassle free.
