When I came to return the vehicle there was another man there, and he definitely had no customer service. But overall the location is close by.”

“I rented this beautiful Mustang from Carboy Motors for 4 days and to be honest it was the best rental experience ever, upon receiving the car it was exceptional clean just like new out of the lot, all the documents and insurance had no problems and the owner gave me the keys and showed me around how to put the top down. The owners are so friendly and welcoming, communication was fast and easy, and the best price you can get for a hot car like this. Once again I want to say that the experience with carboy motor car rental is the best and I would recommend anyone to rent their cars (they have a great selection of cars from economic cars to the luxury cars even Tesla) next time I am going to Vancouver they will for sure have my business. “The rental car pick up location, although not specifically marked "ACE Rental," was a short distance from our hotel. We reserved a mini-van that would hold our luggage and bikes, and we received a new Grand Caravan that was in excellent condition. More importantly, we were stuck in traffic on our return and nearly missed our flight. Raj, the kind gentleman who runs this store, went out of his way to meet us at the airport and drive the van back to the shop himself in order to save us time. He was incredibly accommodating and considerate of our dilemma, and literally saved us from re-booking flights and re-arranging work schedules. We are incredibly grateful and would rent from this location again!”
