I first got to know Balandra in 2011 when I was a buyer’s agent for two Chinese brothers who were looking to live close to each other. Balandra was building two side by side homes in Richmond. My clients loved the quality of workmanship and since the homes were only partially finished they were able to personalize them to their individual needs.
During the building process, Balandra provided patient, thoughtful and practical advice to my clients. Their cooperation made my job so much easier and the both clients were thrilled with their new homes. Balandra’s after sales service was very impressive, with any minor issues that arose quickly and properly resolved.
