Romina is very knowledgeable, skillful, calm, and thorough as a Physiotherapist. Today is the first time that I've had an appointment with her, but she was willing to extend her time to assist me.

Anika, the front desk staff, was very friendly and immediately booked me in despite my abrupt request for an appointment.

Also, Brendan (my Physiotherapist) and Maria are supportive and go beyond their required work -- very inspirational and motivating.

All the staff in this place are so kind and professional. Would 100% recommend.

I recently had my first appointment in Richmond, with Ernesto the RMT. I had a really bad stiff neck with one big muscle being in spasm. The receptionists were really helpful with me taking over someone else's appointment at the last minute. Ernesto was really good and knowledgable and I could feel I was in good hands even before I layed down on the bad, when he was examining my range of motion in different areas of the body. The massage was great, and it took most of the pain away, which helped me go back to work and being able to sleep at night. I can't wait for my next appointment with him!

I got IMS needling with Mitali and had a great experience. She explained everything she was doing very clearly and talked me thru the moments that hurt more. I'm already feeling looser and am definitely going to be seeing her again!

I had extreme pain in my right shoulder and arm. After visiting Tammy and having laser treatment and manipulation on the sore areas I began to feel a bit better. Now I have had several treatments and Tammy has managed along with her recommendation of exercises I am much better.
The other shoulder started hurting and right away I was given laser treatment this morning. I know along with continued exercises and visits to Tammy I will be able to carry on with a great range of motion in my shoulders.

When phoning the reception we were impressed by the professionalism of our interlocutor. And were happy to get a promt appointment. Mitali did a pretty good and precise diagnosis of my condition. She proceeded to demonstrate the exercises to help me and provided a detailed written description and schedule of exercises to practice at home. I am very pleased with my first experience at this clinic.
