This is my first Lenscrafter experience and truth be known, I usually shop at the big box stores for my eyeglass wear. Well much to my very pleasant surprise, I was absolutely THRILLED with everything about my recent eyeglass shopping experience It was truly amazing. Everyone was so professional, kind, helpful and delightful! I really felt like they listened and understood my needs and individual taste and preferences.
