Kyle was great at assisting and shared his knowledge about the in the soles and arch support works. Really helpful and knowledged person, very kind too. The receptionist was kind to us as well. Most importantly he was able to help me with insoles as I needed them earliest the possible, with peace of mind as they support their products with great service.

I called in last week to get some more information on Orthodics as I was experiencing increasing foot pain! Kyle answered the phone and he was very professional and had great customer service. I asked him what differentiated Bioped from competing brands like Kintec, and instead of bashing those brands, Kyle told me the truth.

He said that those brands also offer good options, but Biopeds warranty, customer service, and unique molding methods are what make them stand apart from the competition. Kyle could have easily bashed Kintec, and told me that Bioped was far superior. However, he was very respectful and honest in regards to telling me what other brands offer. This shows the kind of character I look for in a professional. His honesty and service are what ended up making me choose Bioped and I am glad that I did!
