“5 Stars. Excellent service and repair. This is a local gem. The owner called and discussed the repair. Exceptional. The repair was done in less than a week and done on the day they said with excellence. I am thrilled they could repair my favorite black loafers. These were a pair of Bay Clark shoes that split on one side. Deceptively, they were leather but paper thin leather, and the seam was in the wrong place according to this expert shoe repair shop, causing one of them to split. It's only a matter of time before the second split. They repaired both with excellent stitching and used quality leather. And the price was exceptional. Just $34.95 for both shoes. See photos. I honestly hesitated taking them in and thought it's an impossible repair and would be costly. I was wrong! No, don't hesitate. Take your leather shoes here or a coat etc. . They will have them repaired with excellence. Definetly 5 stars. They also sell a variety of leather goods. Bloodstone boots that are the Film industry favorites for the crew on set and leather belts and so much more. Centrally located right across the street from the Guildford Red Robin restaurant and Guildford Mall. In the strip mall on 152 nd Street. Thank you for your excellence.”

“Was here on 2 different days, both Indian girls were very nice and patient. Looked at pretty much everything, awesome selection! 1 pic shows prices, it's very reasonable. Good deal! Lots of people tell me "Gold Room" across the street is cheaper. Not true! All jewelry stores charge taxes, doesn't matter what forms of payment. The people at this Winners location provides great customer service, because they do there job properly! Unlike "Gold Room" because the staff there, looks down on people! So in general "Gold Room Jewellers" Suck!!! This is one of the best Winners, I've ever been to. Try finding a gift for that special someone here. RECOMMEND!!!!!”

“Went to this location to grab a dress for my girlfriend for date night, let me say I know very little about women fashion, however the friendly and knowledgeable staff at this location was able to assist me in finding that perfect dress. From the time I walked in the store I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. I guess I looked confused trying to pick out the dress, at that time and one young lady came up to me and asked if I needed assistance which I obviously needed. At the cash register I was once again greeted with a friendly smile, they processed the dress and the young lady suddenly ran and brought back a jacket that matched it which I bought. “Famous Footwear Guildford was a destination but the prices seemed a little high. We went back the second week to find some dress shoes for my wife. The BOG one 50%, seemed to be a good price but men's footwear was simply out of the question. If I was buying I probably would go back, just to look. Staff got a little panicky when the store was over the maximum number (people).”
