GRF home inspection did a great job for my wife and I. The owner Greg is super professional and provided great quality service.

I hired based on reviews and found the inspection was around average . They were not able to inspect the roof and they mentioned it is high for 2 floor townhouse. They initially didn’t inspect all appliances and did after manual request. They did detect plug points issues but the report was not detail enough to reveal to the seller to request for repairs etc. initially they mentioned they will do thermal screening but after booking they mentioned they don’t do it but because it was already late I could not change the inspector and went with same .

Gregory Finley from GRF is a very professional and knowledgeable home inspector.
He walked with me after he inspected my condo, and showed me the issues in it.

He requested me to forward him the depreciation report for the building, and explained me the importance of this report.
