I have been going to her classes for a few months now. Along with better physical health, it has brought an overall feeling of well-being. The class has a very welcoming and non-judgemental atmosphere. This is one of the best forms of self-care I have found and I am so glad to be a part of this community of empowering women! I would highly recommend her classes to anyone who asks!
