I have been training with Will for almost half a year now, and the sessions with his have been helpful and enjoyable. Both my strength and speed on tennis courts are improved significantly under Will’s instructions.
I started attending Will's tennis strengthening program about six months ago and I keep coming back for more. He is a very talented program designer. He listens and assesses well. He adapts exercises quickly and discreetly and is always spot on. His program is well balanced and effective. I have come along way thanks to Will.
I've been training with Will for two months now. We worked together to establish achievable and realistic goals and the exercises are designed to help me work out safely around past injuries.
The tailored program is easy to use and keeps me accountable, we track my progress and make adjustments as necessary. The programs are four weeks so the variety of exercises keeps things interesting and builds on previous programs.
If I ever have any questions about the exercises or need to make some adjustments Will is always available to chat and super responsive.
If you are comfortable and confident with being in a gym without a PT by your side I highly recommend this approach. I love how convenient having an online PT is, I can make working out fit around my lifestyle and don't have to always commit to early mornings or set times.

I've been doing online training with Will for the past year. We did an initial assessment and he followed up with a training program that he updates every four weeks, based on my progress and fitness goals. It's crazy to see how much I've progressed from that first program!
It's way better than any training plans I've followed before. It's tailored to what i need and Will checks in and holds me accountable. The level of care and attention he puts in is so helpful and makes me feel like I need to put in the effort! Highly recommend. Such good value if you don't feel like you need a PT by your side at the gym.
