The owners are such kind souls that genuinely care about the well-being of your pets. I’ve been coming here for over 3 years and I’ve always had a excellent experience. On top of that they are family-owned and operated so it’s nice to support local businesses, especially ones that put such care into their craft. The only feedback I have is that the price has increased from around $95 to $135 in the last couple years. I’m very thankful that I can afford these increases but if I ever found myself in a tough financial position, I would be deeply saddened at being ‘priced out’ of one of my favourite local businesses. Just something to keep in mind. Overall, I recommend this place to everyone I know. If you want your puppers spa days to be as wonderful as possible, bring them to Panorama Paws.”
