I don't ever write reviews but for this one I just had to. If I could give zero or negative stars I would (1 Star is too nice). Customer service does not exist!!!! Calling did not work and Live Chat is useless. There are no workers at all!!! My tracking says "Cannot Locate" which is just insane since my address on the tracking page was correct(a simple google search will do the job). There was absolutely no attempt at delivery. NOW my package is "Held at Terminal" BUT with NO ADDRESS OR INSTRUCTIONS on how to pick it up!!!
UPDATE!!! - Managed to contact an associate by phone (I suggest calling in the morning if you want to get through), she helped me out and by the next morning I got my package delivered to my house. She was very nice and the delivery guy was also very sweet, due to this experience I'll bump the 1 star to 3 stars.
When my package was late and I read the reviews I feared this would become one of those dreaded experiences. I found the following:
- It took me 30 minutes to talk to someone on the phone; not great but could be worse; I did this two days
- People were courteous and helpful
- Apparently when they ship cross country they do not scan anywhere in between after original pick up so you have no idea where the package is; not unusual but it does not give the customer any comfort
- Once it had arrived in BC it showed up in the scan for delivery same day
- It was a fragile heavy package but arrived undamaged and is working
- So 10 days total rather than 7 estimated
A bit frustrating but not the worst by any means.
