Great place for a shop to get recycled computer products, Great items, great selection usually, Hard to get a hold of is only issue.
Good company just couldn't help someone with a special request and now some fans of said person are upset
Recent negative reviews of this company are surfacing because of their publicity on a video published by Linus Tech tips. These comments are most likely not published by customers and only reflect information found and the Linus Tech tips video. Linus had a very unusual and uncommon request and the sales person who handled hes call was very forward and upfront that they could not help him. Their coverage in the video ended GEEP asking Linus to leave, in my opinion this does not represent them as a company but only how they handled a very unusual request from a single customer.
Great company, helped out with computer recommendations. Great service! Don't believe the fake 1 star reviews.
