Upon entering the clinic, the managers stand up and say "Hello" right after they grab you towel to clean your hands and ask you for a drinks. The customer service is unbelievable. With regards to my experience with my scar treatment, I was so nervous because I don't know the end results but the Nurse who did my treatment walked me through the procedure.
