She explained everything to me as she was doing the procedure and I felt completely at ease (to the point I fell asleep). By the time I woke up - she's done! Her spa room was clean and everything was phenomenal. I definitely recommend her and will direct my friends her way! She'll be my go-to for lashes from now on.
