“Larissa is so sweet and dedicated to her work. You can tell how passionate she is, and how much she cares about the comfort and safety of her clients. With COVID changes in place, Larissa makes sure you feel safe as a client coming in to her space. She takes time to sanitize thoroughly, and wears PPEs for both your and her protection. I've had some major lash horror stories from other lash artists, and Larissa has proven every time, how knowledgeable she really is. She takes the time look look at the health of your lashes, the quality of products she's using, and what types of services and products would be best suited for you specifically. She will not jeopardize the health of your lashes, skin, body, etc. for a quick buck. I've personally done lash extensions with her, lash lift, and body contouring. The quality of her lash extensions are amazing, light, fluff, and dark. The glue doesn't irritate my eyes at all and the retention is amazing. With the lash lift, my lashes have been curled for WEEKS and look great. No discomfort, short appointment time, and amazing result. I was so excited to see Larissa bring in body contouring to her list of services, and it is everything that I hoped it would be.”

The manager is super friendly & kind, she welcomed me with hot tea whenever I visited. The last time I came here was a month ago, I asked for shellac manicure. The result went beyond my expectation. After 1 month, other than nails getting longer (as they should), there is no change in the quality of my nails even though real nails are always very easily to be broken. I booked an appointment tomorrow to get them re-done by my most favorite nail tech in this nail salon, named Jenny! She is only person I trusted to get things done on my nails. “This was the first place I ever got my lashes done and Karen set a high bar. Her place is in a very convenient location, and the room she does the lashes in is private, comfortable, and relaxing, there's gentle music playing in the background and a blanket that you can get under while she works on you. I went to see her because of the great reviews and read that she is a perfectionist, which is exactly what I want in a lash technician. She knows to fix something that feels funny before I even need to tell her. My lashes have always come out SO comfortable and they last a long time, when I've gone to get fills in other cities they've complimented her work. Hers is the only place I'll go for my lashes when I'm in Vancouver!”

“I’ve been going to Kay for a few months now for gel polish manicures and pedicures. These are the longest lasting manicures and pedicures I have ever had. I just went a month without a single chip in my manicure. I don’t know what she does but it is very good quality. She also has a wide selection of polish options that are unique and beautiful. This month I’m trying out a watercolour design that combines three different colours. I haven’t seen the options she has elsewhere. Highly recommend.”

Nicole was my hair and makeup artist, and she was so lovely and we had a great time chatting while she was prepping me for the shoot, which made it so comfortable once we began. “I went to see Mina with my mum to get a matching mother daughter tattoo that we’ve been talking about for years! Right away from our initial phone consultation Mina did an excellent job of putting us at ease and explaining all the details of the process, she was very considerate of it being my mum’s first tattoo and made sure the experience was a great one. The studio was bright and clean and Mina met us at the door. She explained all their sanitation procedures as soon as we entered the room. The stencil process didn’t feel rushed at all and we were able to take our time deciding on size and placement. The actual tattoo was the most painless tattoo i’ve ever had, both my mum and I chatted through our tattoos. She checked in continuously especially with my mum making sure she was okay. Mina took the time to explain to us how the studio is moving very much towards reducing their carbon footprint and almost everything used was biodegradable which was amazing to see. After the tattoo she took a lovely photo for us and provided us with an aftercare kit which was such a thoughtful bonus to the appointment. Mina was so friendly, thoughtful, and professional and I can’t recommend the experience and her enough, I will absolutely be coming back in the future!”
