Rachel, Jake and the team at Integrated Fitness have been integral in my journey towards a healthier lifestyle. They deeply care about my progress, health and habits. Their facility is clean, well organized and ventilated for a stress free workout. They push me during the workout yet respect my boundaries at the same time. They are incredibly attentive and pay close attention to details in each movement. I feel incredibly grateful to have stumbled upon this studio. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a personal trainer to live a healthier lifestyle.
Rachel and her team are professional, educated, and experienced professionals, who are genuinely invested in your health, well-being, and fitness goals.
The space is 1:1 (one trainer one client) at a time, or you can book the space privately which is what I do! Keyless entry, privacy, two doors for airflow, and a cleaner, which lend to zero concerns.
The equipment (rower! peloton!) is simple and efficient, the space zen, the studio is conveniently located, and it's what everyone wants; effortless.
I’ve had a lot of experience with gyms, and trainers, and this is hands down Vancouver’s best-kept secret. Five stars all around.
I love this space! It's bright and airy, and it feels bigger than it is. The gym is well organized, every piece of equipment has a home so it feels just... peaceful. It's so great that they have a Peloton, I couldn't get one on my own, and to add it to my weekly workouts is awesome.
I have had a few sessions with Jake now. I really like his approach and youthful enthusiasm. He slows me down and brings my attention back to body alignment and balance. The new space is great. A quiet relaxing location too.
Starting to do personal training with Rachel was one of the best things I have done for myself. Rachel is such a pro at what she does. She customizes a plan that really works for your individual needs. It really comes across to the client how much she loves what she does. I personally have found that so motivating to reach my goals.
