I had enjoyed Clint’s sessions very much. Not only does he provide great individual feedback, he makes sure that you truly understand the basic concepts of the game with very creative and enjoyable drills. I would highly recommend Clint as a coach for rugby players of any skill level. I specifically like how his drills create pressure and make you think quickly while fatigued, an essential skill for any aspiring high level rugby player. Whether you are just trying to increase your fitness, ball handling skills, or develop your in contact skills, Clint will come bring a creative and challenging drill to target your specific needs. Can’t recommend enough!
Clint has been my coach for 2 years and during that time I have improved leaps and bounds. His trainings are immersive and they focus on developing and mastering specific skills. He is easy to talk to and will advance your general play no matter what level of rugby you are at. All in all, his sessions are intense and tailored to your needs as a rugby player, and if you are looking to get better I recommend getting Clint to be your coach.
Clint has provided me with unparalleled insight into the nuances of momentary decision making in the game of rugby. He cares deeply about improvement and loves the sport. I would recommend training with him to anyone looking to get better at rugby.
Whether you're brand new to rugby and want to learn the fundamentals. Or a provincial/national level athlete wanting to fine tune your skills- Clint at Kitsilano Rugby Skills & Camps is the right fit for you. On top of coaching, he offers years of personal high level rugby playing experience. I have been playing rugby for years, and have had excellent success after my sessions with Clint. He brings something new to the table each time-finding creative ways to help you approach the game of rugby depending on your position and experience. If you're looking to have fun, while also challenging your body and mind, I would highly recommend training with Clint to improve your rugby skills and overall fitness.
Over the past 4 weeks, I have sent my 16 year old son to this camp for the opportunity to have one on one lessons, with someone with professional rugby experience. We were so impressed with coach Clint's professionality and creativity, creating a space where my son felt comfortable and had fun while seeing great results. Clint's training, developed skills far beyond the field, teaching my son about work ethic, mentality, and how to navigate professional decisions in a rugby career.
