They have very good Vietnamese sandwiches. Many different selections. They now also have vegan sub ootions. My favourite is the grill pork. Decent size sub, the bread is always fresh -crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They also sell Vietnamese coffee, desserts, snacks, and drinks. A lot of time there is a long line up because everything is made to order. They do accept calling and order ahead before picking up if you don't want to wait in line. Prices has gone up, but still very reasonable.

My personal fav banh mi joint in Vancouver. Not a fan of how other places make super-crispy bread, but this place does it just right. Number 2 Grilled Meat is a go-to. Prices are reasonable compared to competitors.

No 14 Vegetarian with stir fried spicy Tofu puffs was so flavourful.
