(January 14, 2020, 6:54 pm)So beautiful you can see the mountains from here and it’s just such an amazing view. Great views of the North Shore mountains and Burnaby as it stands on top of a hill. The playground is not big but sufficient. Beautiful views, lots of green space and a small playground. Decent park with a great view that looks towards the Brentwood area & all its shiny new developments. Apparently beautiful in the morning with the sun rising behind the buildings. Balanced atop a hill at one of the neighborhood’s highest points, the slopes of Sunrise Park offer appealing views of Capitol Hill, Burnaby Mountain, and, of course, a special sunrise. The open and inspiring setting is also great for a variety of outdoor sports.
