(April 18, 2018, 1:00 am)This park consists of a one large sports field for soccer and baseball. There is a small shallow pool with washrooms and their is a playground with swings. At the highest point there is a great view looking east to Burnaby which could be a great spot to watch the sunrise.
Balanced atop a hill at one of the neighbourhood’s highest points, the slopes of Sunrise Park offer appealing views of Capitol Hill, Burnaby Mountain, and, of course, a special sunrise. The open and inspiring setting is also great for a variety of outdoor sports.
