I have taken Deb's wonderful classes here for almost a year, and it has been the most fulfilling and informative yoga practice yet for me. With all the props, extra time taken to explain and demonstrate each pose, I really feel a confidence in my practice for the first time. Her studio is comfortable, clean, and provides lots of space for each student.
