Steven at Paris Orthodics is patient, kind, and he has a great bedside manner. You can tell that he really cares what he does, because he spends every ounce of time answering any questions that you have. He really wants to ensure that custom orthotics are meant for you. He's been in the business for a long time, as he is a 3rd generation expert in the field (his family used to run a little Orthodics shop on East Hastings, and overtime, the company as we know it, grew).
Please don't hesitate to go to Paris (I was given the recommendation) to go to Paris through my Sports and Medicine doctor. I'm looking forward to returning to Paris in the future for my food issue needs:).
Steve is the orthotics guru! I paid $200 for a gait analysis test where they give recommendations for orthotics. Steve had already done absolutely everything on their list. I have the most complicated feet on the planet and he figured it out on his own without a $200 assessment.
I was referred to Paris Orthotics through a local physiotherapist at Saint Paul's hospital after I had an ACL surgery. The orthotics are hand made and the quality/feel of them are absolutely amazing - I can walk for hours on end without knee/feet pain. I've had orthotics done at other places and none of them even compare. Ask for Martha! She is brilliant and really knows her stuff.
A Well run lab, orthotics are made correctly and no shady prefab operation like many ontario labs.
