TCM Auto Service

Came out of grocery shopping & my car wouldn't start. I knew it wasn't the battery but tried to boost with 2 different cars. After some investigation, it was narrowed down to the starter. I had to tow my car to a shop close by. This is when I found TCM on google. Left the car on the lot since it was after hours. Dropped the key off the next morning (Friday) & Frank had confirmed it was the starter.

He was super friendly, honest & quick. He had said that the starter replacement would either be completed Sat afternoon or on Mon. Sat we touched base but he said it wasn't going to be ready. I then get a call on Sunday afternoon & was told I could pick up my car (even though he was supposed to be closed & off work!). I'd definitely come back to TCM next time I need vehicle maintenance or repairs. I recommend anyone to speak with Frank if they need the help &/or expertise!

Frank at TCM will always give you the honest straight goods whether you like it or not. He's straight up honest about any issue, and his quality of work rivals his ethics.

I take both of our vehicles to Frank. He’s one of the best mechanics I’ve had to deal with. He’s reasonable, reliable, and honest. 10/10 would recommend.
