“Overall a great experience from Gurk. My car was in a collision, and No. 1 Collision didn't add more stress on top of that. They took care of my baby quite well. Gurk listens and took care of all of my concerns no matter how small. One small negative thing I would say though, is that after the car was repaired they detailed it, but the detailing wasn't quite up to my standard. Some part of the interior were dusty. I had to clean it myself afterward. The bottom part of exterior was a little muddy. Which was because they had it detailed before their mechanic took it on a test drive. There are small paints on the window. Had to go back to have Gurk cleaned it. That being said, I don't think they did the detailing in-house. Gurk personally took care of every small details I mentioned. I will definitely plan to be a long term customer and will use them for any other service they offers as well. Great job No1 Collision.”

“Truthfulness! If I talk about honesty, I want to take the name of "ProMechBC." I found this Mech company online and spoke with Mac (A team member). I informed them of my problem, and then he stated that if there is a problem with this E-Scooter, then it will be rectified as soon as possible and it will be returned to you, and if no problem is seen, then "General Service" will be done and get it back without any cost. And the other day, I got a phone call that there was no problem and I would not have to pay any service charges. I was very impressed by their honesty. A wonderful experience and highly recommended!”

“Came out of grocery shopping & my car wouldn't start. I knew it wasn't the battery but tried to boost with 2 different cars. After some investigation, it was narrowed down to the starter. I had to tow my car to a shop close by. This is when I found TCM on google. Left the car on the lot since it was after hours. Dropped the key off the next morning (Friday) & Frank had confirmed it was the starter. He was super friendly, honest & quick. He had said that the starter replacement would either be completed Sat afternoon or on Mon. Sat we touched base but he said it wasn't going to be ready. I then get a call on Sunday afternoon & was told I could pick up my car (even though he was supposed to be closed & off work!). I'd definitely come back to TCM next time I need vehicle maintenance or repairs. I recommend anyone to speak with Frank if they need the help &/or expertise!”

My day started badly with the bad scratch I caused in the morning. I called different body shops and went to one body shop and got the estimation for the repair, they were either too expensive (need to paint the 1/4 of the car) or they were too busy to look at my car. I drove directly to Craftsman Collision at Cambie street without appointment, and hoped they would give me a cheaper estimation. Alan helped me, he took a look at the car and said to me that I was lucky because it only needed some polish. After 10 minutes, he brought the car back to me. I was about to pay, and he said it is free of charge. What a wonderful surprise!
