We loved working with Kia and Renocon. As busy, working professionals, they really stepped in and managed the project start to finish, which is exactly what we needed. We established trust right away with Kia, as he demonstrated a commitment to maximizing our budget and balancing quality with our aesthetic goals. Communication was clear, efficient and timely. Project timeline from start to finish was really fast while maintaining great attention to detail. While some items weren't installed exactly right, which is normal for a renovation, they always fixed it, made it right or found a solution. Overall we loved working with Kia and Renocon and are already planning our next project together.

When it came time to renovate our home, the decision of who to work with was easy, Renocon. We'd worked with the Renocon team years ago and been absolutely thrilled with the finished product. This time around Golnaz introduced us to her lead Project Manager, "Kia". Renovating your home can easily be a stressful and overwhelming process but thankfully this wasn't the case with Kia in charge. His friendly, professional demeanour and attention to detail was apparent right from the get go. He was patient with all of our questions and concerns and was ready to offer suggestions and recommendations when we needed them.
The project was recently completed and once again Renocon exceeded our expectations with an amazing finished product.

We did our due diligence before choosing Renocon Design Centre and chose them based on their professionalism, responsiveness, follow up/through and their genuine customer service. They helped us with our condo renovation from replacing the hardwood floors, replacing the entire kitchen, and ensuite cabinetry. They provided design ideas and samples to help us choose the best options. Their contractors were professional and tried to do their best in correcting small deficiencies that occurred along the way. Renocon renovated our kitchen which also included building a beverage station and refurbishing our hardwood floors. We were impressed with Kia Moghaddam's (Project Manager) professionalism and attention to detail. All the contractors who worked on our project were knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. They ensured our floors were protected as well as the hallway leading from our door to the condo building elevators. We are really happy with the quality of work and our kitchen looks great. We would not hesitate to recommend Renocon.

We reached out to Renocon for a whole apartment renovation and we are extremely happy with our experience and the results. From design to construction, all communications were prompt and professional.

For the design, Zami and Lauren considered our needs and preferences, and took care of things that we didn't even think of. They were open to our ideas and gave us excellent suggestions. For the renovation, we were kept up-to-date on the progress, and any issues and concerns were dealt with promptly; sometimes even before we noticed or realized.
