Ryan was instrumental in us buying our home in Vancouver. He was very thorough walking us through every step of the process and demonstrated an intimate knowledge of the market. He was very accommodating to our schedules when it came to viewings and phone calls/meetings to ensure we closed the deal. From the start he was extremely easy to work with, supper efficient and juggled our crazy schedules with ease. As we could not be in Vancouver in person, he made the time to help us view potential homes virtually, used his extensive knowledge of the area and market to answer our questions and make his recommendations. Even once we had selected a home, he stayed super involved, helping us figure out the legal and technical aspects of real estate in BC, pointing out aspects of the home that would be important for us to add to the contract and any hidden costs we needed to understand as we moved to BC. He made himself available to us and brought in his brother Daniel as well to make sure that we would always be able to connect with someone for quite a complex move.

Ryan and Daniel were great to work with during the summer of this year. The use of statistical data helps to limit REALTOR bias in determining list and sale prices. Ryan and Daniel were skilled at using the statistical data to project and anticipate how our selling experience may transpire which assisted us with making the right decisions for our situation.
