(May 15, 2020, 7:53 pm)A very interesting statue in the middle of the water. Just out there looking into the far distant void. Always a good thing to go and see. A beautiful work of art. Definitely recommend it if you are having the opportunity.
(February 13, 2020, 9:14 pm)In Kopenhagen is a similar statue with a mermaid on a rock. Whoever thought of a girl-in-a-wetsuit?? She is bigger than the mermaid, but what is the story here?
Nevertheless it put a smile on my face for originality.
(June 30, 2019, 5:59 pm)The statue is life size and a few metres away from the shore. Bring a telephoto lens for pictures. A very good spot to photograph the idol and also wild life. Geese, crows, ravens, bald eagles, cormorants. A Chinese relic nearby also offers good photo opportunity.
