Amazing service and quality roses!
I needed a last-minute gift. I reached out to them with sheer hope and they replied almost instantly and the next day I got the flowers just in time! The colours are amazing and I love their beautiful boxes and pearls. Worth every penny!!

The service is good as well, there were some back-end website problems that occurred during my transaction, but, to the company's credit they did contact me about the order to sort it out and to rectify the situation as best they could within the time constraints. The company also reached out to me after my order was delivered to apologize for the inconvenience, and explained that there were website glitches that led to the miscommunication online, which I appreciate.
Overall I am happy with the overall service and the roses.
