(December 17, 2019, 5:42 pm)It's a quite old building, but the owner of the building seems to have a plan to renovate it. On 2019.12, there were lots of renovations going on in this building. Hope to attract more retailers and businesses in the ground floor.
There are less restaurants than other offix rental places, which could be improved in the next year hopefully.
It's pretty convenient to go to Richmond and Vancouver by car or by bus.
Overall, 4 stars.
