Craftsman Collision

Hi Alan and Craftsman Collision at Cambie Street staff. I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to your wonderful services and kindness. My day started badly with the bad scratch I caused in the morning. I called different body shops and went to one body shop and got the estimation for the repair, they were either too expensive (need to paint the 1/4 of the car) or they were too busy to look at my car. I drove directly to Craftsman Collision at Cambie street without appointment, and hoped they would give me a cheaper estimation. Alan helped me, he took a look at the car and said to me that I was lucky because it only needed some polish. After 10 minutes, he brought the car back to me. I was about to pay, and he said it is free of charge. What a wonderful surprise! Not only you saved me almost a thousand dollars, but also you showed me integrity, honesty and high efficiency and skill of the work. What a great business and team! Thank you Alan!

Great service. Friendly staff. Repair was done proper. Only issue I had was courtesy car smelled like it was smoked in.
