We found a car we liked on the website and came down to check it out. The car wasn’t available but we were able to test drive something similar while Samantha, the salesperson, arranged to have the car brought back for us to see. Samantha was very communicative and within a week we were test driving the car we had originally liked. Between her and the sales manager, we were able to negotiate a fair price, for both our trade in and the new vehicle. The experience was streamlined and convenient, and Samantha was very accommodating and ensured that all of our questions were answered. We loved the friendly atmosphere at Southside Nissan, and were really impressed by how quickly we were able to secure our dream vehicle. We both highly recommend this business and specifically Samantha if you are looking to purchase a car.

Recently bought a certified preowned Nissan this week. After going to several other sales lots these people take the cake for most remarkable, they are very knowledgeable about their products, very courteous to customers, very professional and lastly very thorough with everything until the end. No sales pressure like other places I went, no smoke screens about the product you are interested in, and no BS. It was a great and enjoyable buying experience which will make me recommend this Nissan dealership to everyone one I know. The sales and finance staff go above and beyond.

Great interaction with the service department and technicians. I brought in my 2004 Infiniti G35 to diagnose and fix issues with the exhaust, as well as cylinder misfire. My service advisor Eric tended to it as professionally and efficiently as possible. Technician Kevin diagnosed and worked wonders on the car. Really well done guys! Outstanding service department!
