“These folks were utterly amazing. They picked my car up from my mechanic's shop - - saving me an otherwise nerve-wracking trip in a beat-up car. And they did this in record time! Then they paid me generously for the vehicle - - much more than I had been expecting. Then they waited patiently for about 15 minutes while my daughter drove the ownership to us, as I had forgotten it. When I got home I realized that I had given my entire key chain (rather than just the car key) to the tow truck driver. I called Joe in a panic. The car had already been driven to a junk site in Scarborough. Joe investigated and got back to me right away, reassuring me that he had located the keys and would obtain them for me the very next day. I love this company.”

He promised me that estimated delivery time would be before Christmas. Considering global supply chain issue and high demand for rav4 hybrid due to high gas prices, the waiting time is around 1 year up to 2 years from different dealers. However, my car arrived at the end of November, I have been driving it for two weeks. John lau got the job done as he promised the delivery time. I highly recommend him to be your vehicle advisor. And financial advisor Herman is very helpful on the car loan application, he made things easier for me. At last, the Toyota downtown is a new modern look and beautiful place compared to other dealers. Better call John lau if u need a rav4 hybrid now!”

“Al was a fantastic associate to help us out. To the point we drove past at least two other GM dealers with similar models and specs. He was polite, prompt, communicative and straightforward to deal with. And no BS. Not only all that, but he also presented at least three pieces of information that no other GM dealer salesperson had mentioned. Those three key pieces ultimately made the vehicle and price we wanted work for us. Because of the phone, text and email work done by Al, our time at the dealership was at a minimum. And delivery is available, so we don't need to make the trip back to pick up our new vehicle. Aside from Al, all the other staff were friendly, efficient and courteous. Finance guy Joe made everything clear and simple and very quick. Much appreciated with a (very excited) 7 month old in tow! The facility was clean and clearly marked for social distancing with hand sanitizers at strategic locations. Al and Dueck Vancouver will definitely be our first call for our next vehicle. I sometimes wish there was an option for 6 stars.”

“On our trip to Surrey neared an end I noticed our Genesis had a few wheels not balanced. So I called into OpenRoad Hyundai as I found out that they were a Genesis store. I told them the situation and they got me in right away. I found it a bit weird that nobody comes to greet you when you roll into the service drive through. Either way we parked there and strolled on into the service area. They welcomed us and we gave them our keys. My family took off for a walk. When the car was done they picked us up from where we ended up, that was excellent. All the service staff included the fixed ups manager was very friendly. The person who picked us up and took our vehicle away the first time was very respectful. Very happy with the service staff overall. 1 negative is from what I could tell not s single sales staff member came to speak to us or even said hello when we were strolling around the showroom. Don't expect the sales staff to engage you at this location should you be looking for a new vehicle. Not enough of an annoyance to dock a star though as the service department was OUTSTANDING! Keep up the great work!!”
