Great experience! Booking was easy to do and instructions to get ready for the appointment were clear. I appreciated being emailed directions to the studio which itself was very aesthetic and comfortable.

Jess explained the procedure and constantly made sure I was doing alright throughout. It was relaxing, clean, and professional.

I got a lash lift (no tint) and they look natural but still noticeably cute. The price is fair and the location is convenient for UBCV students. Will definitely be back!

Jess is an incredible lash tech! One of the best experiences that I have had while getting my lashes done. Her work environment is extremely clean and well kept. She is so thorough with her lash application and so gentle on your natural lashes. I've had a few lash lifts at other places before and was always disappointed with the results. Jess did a great job at picking the rods that would give me the results I was looking for, and adjusting the timing for my coarse lashes. The lift turned out perfectly and I'm thrilled with the results. No more struggling with an eye lash curler every morning! Her space is clean, relaxing and professional.

I stumbled upon Lash + Lily by chance on Instagram and I’ve been a client of Jess since October 2019—the year Jess started lashing. I usually get hybrid lashes and that’s perfect for me. I always get loads of compliments and questions of whether they’re real because they look very natural and not too over the top on my eyes.

Ever since I met Jess and have gotten lashed by her, I can honestly say that she continually strives to provide better and better service for her clients. Jess is extremely passionate, thoughtful and knowledgeable about the service she provides. In our conversations, she’s taught me a lot about shedding and how to clean and maintain my lashes. She’s also made accommodations in her practice to ensure that someone like me—with sensitive eyes—can have a relaxing experience during the appointment and after with my lashes.

I love getting lashed by Jess in her studio because she maintains everything so well. Her setup is extremely clean and inviting with natural lighting. As a full-time student, I’m always so comfortable getting lashed by Jess because I can let my guard down and not have to think about school. I’ve definitely dozed off several times while getting lashed because I’m just so relaxed!
