Pleasant staff and quick turnaround time or glasses

I had a lovely experience there. I really like the decoration in the store. It's like a little boutique that I can come and relax in. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I haven't purchased a new pair of glasses in 3 years, and they were happy to walk me through the process. I have never used my student insurance, and I was clueless on how it works. An employee there was a student at the same university, so she was like "Hey, no worries. I just need your student number and you're good to go." The process was painless and chill. Would come back for a pair of prescription sunglasses.

Courtney provided me with excellent customer satisfaction today when she adjusted my glasses. I accidently stepped on them. Thank you Courtney!

You get what you pay for. Have to go in regularly for frame tightening. Lenses not very scratch resistant and the fitting was not done properly so the perfect line of sight is off. Customer service is fabulous and they replaced a frame for free once and always are willing to adjust the frames. so.. Pros and cons
