Bought an old iphone SE for the children here. I was worried about the battery capacity as this phone was released in 2016. Apparently they clean, reset and replace the batter for a new one if the capacity is below a certain level. The phone is quick and works very well. Super reliable and agreeable service. Decent prices. I am very pleased with the decision.

I came here for the Dyson V8 vaccum, and the manager at the Vancouver location was very nice and helpful. Just as I thought they were all out of that particular vacuum, he told me they had one last one in the back and grabbed it for me. Jia, the manager definitely made my day. I am super happy and will definitely be coming back for future purchases. Thank you again! ☺

Super happy with my TV.. It was open box but the TV looked brand new and untouched and the delivery was fast and efficient!

Great place to get electronic devices inexpensively

I came here with my family to purchase Dyson v7 and it was $280 for a vacuum. We heard from someone that Openbox offers lowest price for electronic appliances and decided to give it a shot.

The appliances here come in refurbished condition and that's why it's inexpensive than the retailers. Haven't had any problems so far. If I ever want to buy a tv or coffee machine I would definetely come back to make purchase. FYI, there's approx 10$ difference on debit and cash purchase and staff would say there's 2% more if it's debit payment. Cash transactions are recommended and cash/debit prices are clearly written on the tag. I highly recommend this place for the lowest deals you can find in the city.
