This is the best place for hifi home audio equipment. Philip is obviously an expert and was so patient in properly setting up my old turntable with a new cartridge. This type of customer service almost unheard of this day and age. This is now my #1 destination for any future purchases!

He is always keeping up to date on the latest products and really knows his stuff. He is not your typical sales person that is just trying to make a sale. He actually understands the science behind the operation and construction of the components in every product - from the source to the cables to the amplifier to the speaker to the room the speakers are in... and even how the human ear works and detects sounds in different ways. As an engineer, this knowledge was well appreciated when dealing with him. I have known him for over a decade and he is the guy I will continue to consult for my high fidelity needs.
