Harley Owners Group is the motorcycle riding club for Harley-Davidson. InTouch24-7 co-ordinates all our breakfast run and rally event registration and promotion, and manages our social media. We have a dozen chapters across a wide quite rural area and through our big Facebook group we can co-ordinate events easily and increase membership. She also does email newsletters every quarter, telling people what's on, and reporting back with photos and galleries. We each have an inexpensive chapter website to promote ourselves, and manage our Members lists. We love the way she understands what we need and finds a less expensive way to get the job done.
I don't know how Di does it. I give her a few ideas, and she says "leave it with me". And 2 days later she comes back with a well-researched technical article outline that is exactly right. She finds and takes the right photos, and does graphs and illustrations so it's easy to read. Then we leave it to her to get it out to magazines, and into a members newsletter. She's been working with us since 2005, and she knows our clay brick products and the markets and is our marketing manager. She writes and illustrates our technical training construction guides and fact sheets for the public, as well as industry member topics like carbon tax and green manufacturing. Our committee is made up of industry volunteers the and she frees us from day-to-day member communication and marketing, so we can focus on industry sustainability and quality initiatives.
The Guild of Actors has worked with InTouch24-7 since 2010 - they manage and implement our Member communications portfolio. From our website to newsletters and training event invitations, their team keeps us connected with our actor members. Over Covid, the Online Skills Development Portal became core when all our training moved to Zoom workshops. The Portal keeps all the Workshops in one place, and it's been a great way for Members to keep networking safely. Thank you for your hard work and commitment!
