Sina helped me with all the things I needed to get done! During delivery day he even went in to help speed up the process delivery as there were confusions. Sina went above and beyond. Its deffinitely better than going to a regular dealership!

Shaun did a great job of coordinating our purchase and delivery at Tesla Park Royal, from answering our questions (including rebate information) to advising on financing and accessories. Eddie did a superb job with our pick-up at the Tesla delivery centre (pictured in photo) and got us set up and on our way back to Kamloops. All in all it was a very positive experience - we will definitely deal with them for the cybertruck purchase (grin).

The staff here have been excellent. I ordered my vehicle online after speaking to Dean, and then arranged a test drive. What a unique car buying experience! No pushy sales tactics, and you know you're getting the same deal as everyone else. The after sales service from Dean and his team has been great as well, they're always happy to help.
