(December 8, 2020, 8:12 pm)Talking about the physician, Dr. Shahrokhi is over 12 years my family doctor. Beside being a knowledgeable and experienced doctor, he has always been a doctor with great personality and with a friendly smile, has always time to listen to you and find the right medical solution, a FIVE star for him.
Having said that, the reception is horrible. I am grateful that now I have the option to book online. You must be very lucky if the receptionist answers your phone call after 10 attempts. Sometimes I think she fears to talk with clients over he phone. I strongly recommend the clinic manager/ owners to check the front desk as a client from time to time to minimize so many complaints.
