They have a friendly and efficient administrative staff who call to remind you of your appointment 24 hours in advance and take care of all appointments and billing’s easily. As for Joanne my physiotherapist she is super friendly and explains in detail the exercises required in great detail at the clinic as well what to work on when you go home. In addition the exercises are emailed to you after each session with detailed explanation of how to do. The first time I entered into the office I was seated and I firstly meet Johnny Guan. He took me through several stages. He listened to my issues without interrupting me. Then looked at me. Then he set up a plan. What makes him different from other Physiotherapists was he told me why were doing this, the science of what was causing this, and promised if i committed to the plan I would recover. What made him different from other Physiotherapist was he followed up. It meant he cared about my well being. Its not hard people these are trained professionals. Great Customer Service!!!!!!! PS.
