I had the absolute pleasure meeting Carol @ 460 PM in Aug, the same month I fell for one of those rental scams and was desperate to find a home for my son and I. Right from the first initial inquiry via email of a rental posted on the very simple to maneuver website. The interaction was prompt, clear and I was very grateful when we were the one chosen to rent the suite.

In the beginning I had several issues with an employee overspending without my knowledge or permission. However, after some discussions and the employee leaving, I've had no further issues.
