Robyn is incredible! She did the actual impossible - got this single parent with single income my dream (town)home, far exceeding what I thought was possible in this insane market. Robyn is an absolute dream to work with, effortlessly and completely understood what I wanted and anticipated what I would need with having a small but growing child, had tons of great advice, and made the whole process totally painless.

Is there an option for 6 stars? We had the absolute pleasure of working with Robyn Hewer on a long distance purchase of a home in Ladysmith. She came highly recommended by several references she provided us, and now we have the honor of acting as one of her future references! Because we were living in northern BC at the time, we were unable to see the properties we were interested in in-person. However, this was no problem for Robyn as she was great at accommodating our needs and set up virtual viewings and phone calls whenever it was necessary. All along she provided practical, realistic and timely advice. She was very accessible through all methods of communication and advocated for us. When it came to making an offer, she helped coordinate another experienced realtor to act on her behalf while she was away for a few days. The end result was us finding a great townhouse in Ladysmith where we will raise our kiddos and enjoy island life. You will not find a better realtor than Robyn!

This was our first house purchase and I can't begin to express my gratitude to Robyn for how easy she made it for us. She was very professional but was also very warm and welcoming, like a friend we hadn't seen in a while.

Initially we were not planning on purchasing a house in Nanaimo, rather we were just seeing what it had to offer with the prospects of a future purchase (maybe within a year or so). She showed us around town, local businesses and the different areas of Nanaimo and the types of houses that were available within our estimated price range. Within the first day she had found our perfect house and we immediately put in an offer! She was very informative during the negotiation phase and provided us with plenty of pre-purchase and post purchase information.
