Used their services twice. First time was no problem. Second time they broke my handle, which was not part of the problem I brought it in for, then tried to fix it, then gave it to me without notifying me of what happened. The fix job on the handle was terrible so I brought it back in, they agreed to try and fix it at no added cost. They seemed to have done that but then my battery no longer worked. I have no idea if it's related to their work on the handle, but when I called to ask it was lots of shoulder shrugging with no desire to help anymore. I would like to purchase a new handheld from them to keep shopping local but now I'm not so sure.

Darren and his staff always have the solutions to my vacuum problems and repair solutions. I have been using his services for at least 15 years. His knowledge of product comparison is 5 star. He has a battery portable unit in his store for $200. that is as good as the models for $600. Bring your Battery portable Unit in and compare. I did.
