Not only is this a beautiful store but the staff and owner are absolutely wonderful. I buy raw cat food and they always have the selection that I need. ?

I was a first time customer at Animal Magic pet boutique last week. So very helpful. We bought some Smack. Hey! Not what you think if you were thinking something bad. Smack is a dogfood. LOL. I didn't think I was going to find it, but they had it! Karen took care of me and my Ozzy(pom cross). She knows her stuff. When I left the store, I felt like I had made a friend and that's important to me because I had just moved to Nanaimo only a couple of weeks before. Thanks Animal Magic! Also a warm thank you to my new friend Karen.

Rebecca is just SO wonderful. A total animal lover who, if she doesn't have it in stock, will get it for you!
