Richard and staff hold and share a wealth of knowledge and experience. Richard has always amazed me with his kindness and knowledge. This is a must go to place for all local and traveling musicians and we are so lucky to have them right here in Nanaimo. Richard set my guitar up and it has never played better..thank you.

My daughter thinks Ed is the best teacher! The staff are warm friendly and knowledgeable. It is a great place for instruments and lessons.

Amazing shop. Great deals on new equipment, and 100% the main shop to go to for the most high end vintage gear. (If it's good enough for Elvis Costello and Geddy Lee, it's good enough for you.) The only shop to go to on the island for repairs. Richard is amazing, as is Kaj. Play your version of blackbird when in the store to see Kaj make funny faces. It's his music store version of stairway. Someday, I'd like to hear that a group of folks all went in to play blackbird all at once for him. The Great teachers of all forms of music are upstairs.

An incredible place, wonderful helpful people, beautiful array of instruments

just took my boy in to look at buying a guitar. Very knowledgeable group. Not like used car salesman by any means. Made us feel at home. Richard the owner is a very sharp fellow and has great energy. Not just another music place. I am going to get my son to take lessons from Paul there. I am going to as well after hearing him shred the guitar. Very impressive player!
