(January 7, 2021, 9:31 pm)This Staples is pretty solid! The staff here are very friendly. Each time I’ve gone here I’ve had someone ask me if I need help with anything and if I do they are on it right away!
Once I missed a package being delivered to my door and had to pick it up here instead. The lady who helped me out was really friendly from what I remember and I left feeling happy!

(July 26, 2020, 12:13 am)My wife and I visited Staples in North Nanaimo today and spoke with Angelo. He provided us with an amazing experience. He spent literally hours with us to design our "re-save the date" invitations for our vow renewal. On top of that, a minor detail we weren't originally to pleased with, being that the print wasn't as dark as we wanted, he spent extra time to darken it. Absolutely fantastic customer service!
