Our 3 years old sewer ejector system shut down - we were without plumbing the entire weekend as I could not find anyone to come out. .I did call RotoRooter but all they did was ask for my credit card number- tell me they'd send someone out on Saturday to "look" but that they couldn't do anything until Monday anyways. This would have been an overtime minimum fee of $200 for basically nothing. I frantically tried finding someone different on Monday. Finally Art's Plumbing was recommended. The receptions, Tracey was very supportive- sending a plumber within two hours. He got the pumps running temporarily- and two days later Art's sent their second plumber, to fix the system. It was up and running that day! Tracey kept me in the loop the entire time- the plumbers were great and very skilled. If anyone ever has an emergency call Arts!!

Needed a pressure valve replaced in the utility room of my house. Tracy in the office was VERY helpful in getting this scheduled. Sean came out and did the work, and even installed a plate so that no drywalling needed to be done. It was a pleasure doing business with this company who made you feel like your business was important to them, not like they were doing you a favour!
