Norm's Plumbing and Heating

Have needed plumbing help and gas fire repair/service over last few weeks. Service was awesome from Graham Travis and Matt who helped us with the issues without any problem. On time quick response. Clearly explained what needed to be done and fair pricing. Would not hesitate to call them if needed again

I've relied on Norm's through the years for plumbing & heating needs, always great service. This time it was the gas fireplace. Todd was on time, assessed and explained in layman terms the problem, ordered the replacement part, returned in a few days to install. Our unit is working flawlessly now, our heat loving dog is also very happy. Great local business, friendly office staff too. Thanks.

We had Norm’s in to do an annual service on our furnace, heat pump and natural gas fireplace. We also had a plumber in from Norms to check our toilets as we just bought a new house and didn’t know when the last time the wax seals were replaced or a service on the HVAC system was done. Turns out we have a different type of one piece toilet with a guard over the seals, he was super honest and informed us the seals didn’t need to be replaced. Both gentlemen from Norms were great, super friendly, helpful and very thorough. Will be using Norms again next year for our annual service!

Norm's did a complete heating and plumbing install on our home renovation just over a year ago. The tradespeople I dealt with were professional, friendly and competent.
I just had them come back for our first annual maintenance. It took about 2 weeks for the appointment date, but I was fine with that. The service was excellent.

Norms responded quickly yo my call and then took action in a very timely manner. The service was done very professionally and would thoroughly recommend Norm's Plumbing to all.
