Budget Glass

Excellent customer service. Very accommodating. I managed to have my cracked windshield repaired while I was at work and pick it up on my lunch. They put my claim through insurance for me and let me pay over the phone to expedite matters. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Budget installed a glass shower door for our new bathroom and did a great job. The installers were very professional. They were on time and quick in their installation with little or no mess.

Last week our store was broken into by smashing out the front door. After cleaning up, I called Budget. I was urgently hoping somehow I could get our door glass replace d that day, along with addition security features. I spoke with Pat, and he was just terrific. All of his "road installers" were out of town on a big job, very understandable. Pat sent over one of his guys from the shop, who had the glass all installed and looking great! All of this within 2 hours!! We discovered one of the door pivots was damaged in the break in, so Pat sent over another tech who was able to completely repair it in less than one hour. All of the staff at Budget, we dealt with were top notch, super knowledgeable, friendly, and you could tell they enjoy what they do. This experience could not have been any better. Thanks!! I will recommend Budget to everyone!!
